Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or case number entered in a search tool is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies any result. Kimball County Court Docket does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you email Kimball County Court Docket, the message is retained so a reply can be made. It stays within the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

No Court-Record Data on File
Kimball County Court Docket does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of court dockets or personal case-record information. It provides general information about where Kimball County court records are held and how to request them from the appropriate clerk, court, or statewide case-information system. It is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports about other people.
Public court information has its own access rules. Nebraska Court Rule §1-805 addresses public electronic case summaries, registers, calendars, and available images, while Rule §1-808 limits access to excluded or restricted court material. The Nebraska Public Records Act exemption provision, Neb. Rev. Stat. §84-712.05, does not override judicial confidentiality or sealing rules.
Third-Party Search Partners
The search boxes are operated by outside providers. Information submitted to a partner is governed by that partner's privacy policy, retention choices, and sharing practices. Kimball County Court Docket does not control those practices, so review the partner's policy before sending a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to court-clerk pages, Judicial Branch services, statewide case-information systems, legal-aid resources, or other third-party tools. Once you follow a link away from Kimball County Court Docket, the destination's privacy practices apply. Review them before providing personal information.
Advertising partners may track activity across different sites for advertising purposes. Any such tracking occurs through their systems rather than ours.

- Search partners that process a query you submit
